Return Policy

• Camro Stainless Steel offers a refund or exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed, no return, exchange, or refund will be provided.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchanges are accepted only if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon inspection.
• Certain product categories may be exempt from returns or refunds. These exemptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
• Once your return or exchange request is accepted and the product is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team. You will be notified via email after inspection, and the return or exchange will be processed according to our policy.
